Privacy Policy for the AmplifyRG Inquiry Page
Effective October 12, 2026
Scope and contact
AmplifyRG LLC operates the inquiry page at amplifyrg.com/start. This policy covers that page, its inquiry form, and our handling of inquiries submitted through it. It does not describe separate client campaigns or other websites and services. For privacy questions or requests, contact grant@amplifyrg.com or call (717) 968-4286.
Information we collect and why
When you submit an inquiry, we receive your name, email address, phone number, and selected service interest. Your inquiry email also includes a receipt identifier and the contact-request notice associated with your submission. We use this information to review and respond to your request, discuss our services with you, and maintain related business correspondence.
Our hosting and email systems may also process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information, access times, and delivery records, to operate and protect the page and deliver messages. The form application uses keyed hashes derived from the submission identifier, submitted information, and IP address, along with timestamps, status, and a receipt identifier, to prevent abuse and duplicate submissions. These records are separate from the inquiry email; they do not contain the raw form fields or raw IP address.
Who receives information
Inquiries are sent to grant@amplifyrg.com for our team's use. We do not sell inquiries from this form or send them to third-party lead buyers. Hosting and email service providers process information as needed to operate the page and deliver or store messages. The page is hosted with HawkHost. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the security of our systems.
Storage and retention
The form application does not save the inquiry's full contents in a separate lead database. The submitted information is included in an email and remains in our mailbox and any associated mail systems or backups according to their retention and deletion practices. Hosting and email logs may be retained separately. Limited abuse-prevention and duplicate-submission records expire for application purposes after 24 hours. Expired records are cleaned up when a later eligible form submission writes application state. If there are no further submissions, they remain until maintenance removes them; physical removal is not guaranteed at 24 hours. Contact us if you have questions about retention or want to request deletion; deleting an application record does not automatically remove an email, a log, or a backup.
Cookies and tracking
This inquiry page does not set cookies or use advertising pixels or third-party analytics. It does not track visitors across third-party websites for advertising. Browser Do Not Track signals do not change how this page operates. Hosting and security processing described above still occurs. This statement applies to this inquiry page, not other pages on amplifyrg.com or websites reached through links.
Your choices
Submitting an inquiry asks our team to respond by email or phone about that inquiry. It does not enroll you in text-message marketing or authorize automated or prerecorded marketing calls. You can ask us to stop follow-up contact and can contact grant@amplifyrg.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided. We may need to verify your request, and will handle it as required by applicable law. Some records may need to be kept for legal, security, or other legitimate purposes.
Please provide only the information requested by the form. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, or health information. No method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure.
Policy changes
We will update this page and its effective date when this policy changes. Any additional notice required by applicable law will also be provided.
